But due to the heavy hikes of IT Development, many people resigned their government jobs and interested in some private companies to earn high payment in the short period of time. There is one disadvantage is, private company will not offer any job security for their customers but you can earn nearly 50,000 per month. In the current scenario, many IT people lost their carrier due to the heavy loss in world trade market and few people are again try to join in government jobs, so there are heavy competition among to people to join in any of the government related small sector companies. At current, Government offers Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission to full the vacancy available in different positions. Indian team won the series against New Zealand and created the new world record in cricket history under the captainship Mahendra Singh dhoni. The Indian team loses two T-20 against New Zealand and Indian players are in the situation to prove their talents in One Day International matches. In the first ODI, dhoni won the toss and elected to bat first. The Indian openers Sachin and Sehwag deliver some fine shots and rapidly increase the Indian score to reach 270 runs in 32 over. This gave awesome experience for the Indian fans but the match was interrupted due to rain and India misses some change to reach the Indian team high Score. Due to some Deckles cricket rule, India won the First ODI. In the 2nd ODI, dhoni won the toss and elected to bat first, Indian opener Sehwag was quit from the pitch with very poor runs and little master Sachin reached his 93rd Half century and match was interrupted due to heavy rain. In the 3rd ODI, Dhoni won the toss and elected to bat first, Indian openers Sachin delivers some awesome batting experience and scored 163* runs against New Zealand with 3 sixes and 14 centuries. India team reached 392 runs for 50 runs, but Indian bowlers comparatively shows their worst bowling, New Zealand Opener McCullum and Jesse Ryder managed the New Zealand team and provide the good foundation for the New Zealand to win but the New Zealand players lost all the wickets for 334 runs in 45.1 overs. The Little master declared as the man of the match. In the 4th ODI, Vettori elected to bat first and New Zealand reached 270 runs in 47 over for 5 wickets. The Indian openers Sehwag and Gambhir played some missile attack to the New Zealand bowlers and finally won the match and series with nil wickets.
